We have developed and maintain a Quality Management System that conforms to the Geneva based International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements for quality management ISO 9001:2008. This enables us to provide and maintain consistently high quality of service delivery in every work we undertake. Our Quality Management System ensures that proper communication, work control and accounting records are maintained in all our projects.
All employees of AESDC are charged with promoting these aims and are required to familiarize themselves with the contents of our quality Manual. This Quality Manual defines the Management System that has been established and adopted as the means for achieving these declared objectives.

Our Technical Director is the appointed management representative responsible for monitoring and ensuring the correct and effective implementation of AESDC Quality Management System as a whole. Total Quality Management is applied in every aspect of our activity and quality is the operating word for everyone in the organization.
